[2026 Koreanist Summer Connections] Koreanist Meet-up Registration (July 8-9)

We are delighted to announce the upcoming 13th KUGS Conference and 2026 Summer Connections Scholars in Conversation & Koreanist Meet-Up, proudly hosted by the Korea University Institute for Global Humanities Research and Collaboration.

The first day is dedicated to graduate student paper presentations for 13th Korea University Graduate Student Conference and and second day to Koreanist Meet-up.

This year's gathering brings together authors of recently published monographs on a shared theme — Ceremonies of Power: Ritual and Diplomacy in Korea–China Relations — for a series of book talks, followed by a networking reception for Korean Studies scholars based in Korea and abroad. We sincerely hope many of you will join us to connect, share insights, and build valuable relationships within our academic community.
